The best days are always the unexpected ones. This day is one of those I will never forget definitively.

I went to see CRYSTAL LAKE playing with NOISEMAKER many times, because I always love to see them sharing the stage together. I love NOISEMAKER so much too, so I was waiting for a CRYSTAL LAKE & NOISEMAKER’s Tour. And it finally happened, but only in Hokkaido for 3 shows : Sapporo, Hakodate and Tomakomai. So I wasn’t supposed to go there, Sapporo being so far away from Tokyo. 2 weeks ago, I went to see NOISEMAKER at Shibuya The Game, and I talked to AG (Vo. NOISEMAKER). I said to him : « I really want to see you play with Crystal Lake, but I can’t go to Sapporo cause’ it’s soooo far away... So see you again at Satanic Carnival! ». But the thought of seing CRYSTAL LAKE & NOISEMAKER together again never left my mind. I just thought « Fuck! I definitively can’t miss it! Let’s go to Sapporo! ». So I booked my flight and hotel on a whim only a few days before the show. Of course, CRYSTAL LAKE use to see me travelling for them, but it’s the first time I go as far away from Tokyo in Japan. I took my first domestic flight in Japan, and I think it was just the first of many to come~😆 I thought « It’s gonna be fun and funny because I’m gonna surprise CRYSTAL LAKE’s members and AG there ». And it was a success... But at this time, I didn’t know yet that CRYSTAL LAKE and NOISEMAKER’s members were going to surprise me too!🤣

I took the Skyliner early on the morning for going to Narita Airport. I was seated in the 1st carriage, on the 1st seat (Number 1D ~Windows~)... when I noticed Gaku (Dr. CRYSTAL LAKE) coming just after me!!😱 And he was seated just behind me!!😱 (Number 2D ~Windows~) We were surprised both!😱🤣 It was so unexpected that I got a rapid heartbeat seeing him. I really couldn’t believe my eyes. There is 1 chance on 1 million to be at the same place, at the same time, in the same carriage, with 1 interval seat only. I usually love to listen to music in the train or plane, because it makes my spirit travel. So I was listening to Crystal Lake’s music with my favorite drummer just behind me ; Indescribable feeling.

Then, we went down from the train at the same time and walked to the Terminal 3 together, following each other~🤣 When I realized that we have also the same airline! But I went to the airport earlier, so my flight followed that of Gaku. So I took a coffee waiting for my check in (caffeine was needed cause’ I slept only 6 hours in 3 days~🤘🤣).

After my Check In, I went to seat at the Gate 161 « waiting for my flight »...

I was about to embark, when I noticed AG, Yuki and Hide coming to take the same flight!!😱 O-M-G!! I just got a rapid heartbeat and started trembling for the second time of the day. I thought « WTF? Is it my lucky day today?🤣 ». So I boarded on the plane, thinking « It’s cool, but the plane is big, so I don’t think to meet them again in the plane anyway ». I didn’t reserve for a special seat so I took the one assigned to me. I got the seat 25C. When I noticed that AG, YUKI and HIDE were just seated at around 3 interval seats in front of me!! I definitively couldn’t believe my eyes! I couldn’t realize that I was going to fly with NOISEMAKER, the reason of why I am in the airplane right now. It’s totally crazy!! I got totally moved listening to NOISEMAKER’s songs in the plane during the flight. And the second thing who happened to my mind was also « Well... If the plane crashes, I’m gonna die happy » 😂. But, we finally arrived to Sapporo safely~🤣🙏 So I stood up, waiting in the corridor to come down from the plane. So I was looking at AG standing just in front of me, who was picking up his personal stuffs. When suddenly, AG turned his head and noticed me ; he recognized me immediately!😱 It made me soooo happy!!🤩And as expected, he got totally surprised!🤣 AG : « あれ？行くの？»🤣 I smiled back while looking at him, and answered him that YES, I finally decided to come today~😆 I couldn’t miss it definitively, and I was fucking right! So then, I said to AG : « See you tonight again~». The day started fucking well for me, and I was sure it was just the beginning of an amazing day~💜 I finally came down from the plane full of stars in my eyes~🤩 I felt so blessed to get lucky this day. But luck doesn’t happen purely by chance. I believe in destiny. But more than everything, I respect the human behind the artist. That’s why I will be always shy being standing in front of my favorite artists. And that’s why I was a little bit embarrassing meeting them out of concerts, because I really didn’t want to bother them~🙏 Now, I can say that these lyrics of NOISEMAKER’s song make sense to me :

Today, I lived those words. I was waiting for my flight, and miracle happened. I love you guys! And this time again, Thank You sooo much AG for your kindness, you always make my day, and you did it today again more than any other day. I really admire you since many years for your talent, your voice, your words, your music, your art... It’s always a pleasure being standing in front of you. You’re part of my Japanese dream. I love you!💜

Then, I went to my hotel before to go to the venue. I felt really tired, but as always, the adrenaline in my body is like dope, creating a rush of excitement, allowing me to push up my own limits! I love this feeling so much, it makes me high~✨ Yes, music is an addiction!💉 And I love it so much. I finally arrived at the venue, Sapporo Cube Garden. I love so much travelling for going to concerts, every time I arrive at the venue, I feel like it’s an achievement. I line up for going to the stand of Crystal Lake’s goods (again~😆🤣), when the girl from CRYSTAL LAKE’s Staff got totally surprised to see me here, and said : « うわぁ！！！！びっくりしたああー‼︎ 本当にびっくりしたああー‼︎» 😆 Actually, me too I still couldn’t believe I’m here, on the other side of Japan, for you guys!🤣

NOISEMAKER was the Guest for this Tour, but CRYSTAL LAKE decided to add also a Secret Band especially in Sapporo. SHADOWS was also playing in Hokkaido, so I guessed that SHADOWS would probably be the secret band... And I was right (again~🤣)! It was funny to find this time again the same 3 bands who played for NOISEMAKER « Kitakaze Extra Live in Tokyo » at Daikanyama Unit in Tokyo on 2018, May 10th ; The headline band being CRYSTAL LAKE tonight.

SHADOWS played as opening act, and I was surprised to see them perform only 15 minutes. Then, I was also surprised to find a very calm and quiet audience in Sapporo. But I personally don’t like SHADOWS (sorry~😅🙏), so I kept waiting for my favorites.

So next : NOISEMAKER!🙌 I was fucking excited to see them again here after my happy adventure with them earlier this day. So let’s go for around 40 minutes of happiness! As usually, the setlist was just fucking good ; If I remember well... : Flag, Mouse Trap, Something New (my favorite!💜), Butterfly, Sadventures, Platinum Shoes... This time again, the audience was still fucking shy and started to move progressively on rhythm, being pushed by the good vibes and energy from the band’s members. I enjoyed NOISEMAKER’s set so much, and I couldn’t stop singing, screaming, jumping... But the audience was so quiet that I could hear myself singing~😆 It was a little bit disturbing for me~😆🤣 Then, they started to play « Butterfly », one of my favorite songs~🦋 As usually, I can’t hold myself to sing all the lyrics, when suddenly, I realized I was alone singing the first backing vocals of the song ; I did the « Woh~oh! » putting my hands up, when I got embarassed to be the only one doing it... Untill I realized that AG noticed me, pointing his fingers at me like saying « I saw you, thank you!». あぁぁ、嬉しかったです！😊

I would like to raise awareness of the important role of each one on a performance, that each one is the main character. The show isn’t only on stage, the show is also in the pit. Like a questions and answers game between the band and the audience. So don’t be shy, just forget everything and have fun! That’s the secret of a successful Live!

During NOISEMAKER’s performance, I can see YD (Gt. CRYSTAL LAKE) jumping on NOISEMAKER's songs on the side of the stage ; He makes me go crazier again!😆🤣 I noticed Ryo (Vo. CRYSTAL LAKE) taking a look from the side of the stage too. One more time, It was so good to see them reunited.

NOISEMAKER’s set was over, and I was now waiting for my boys, CRYSTAL LAKE. I felt already fucking done after NOISEMAKER’s performance, so I just thought : « I’m gonna die tonight », but actually, this is what I think every time before CRYSTAL LAKE’s show~😆🤣 Because this is the way we are, This is the way we die~💜 Of course, as usually, I was determined to enjoy their performance as much as possible. But, as a reminder : I broke a rib on CRYSTAL LAKE’s performance recently (during the 2 Man Show with the French Band Chunk! No Captain Chunk! at Shibuya The Game on 2018, May 11th). So even if I feel better now, it was still a little bit painful, cause’ I can’t stop going to CRYSTAL LAKE’s concerts despite the pain~😆🤣 So it takes more time to recover~😅 So I started their performance in the middle of the pit before to move off to Shinya’s side (Gt. CRYSTAL LAKE), the serene strenght from CRYSTAL LAKE~💜 As usually, Ryo managed to captivate the attention of the crowd and raised the temperature of the Cube Garden! We can noticed some mosh pit, pogo and crowd surfing.

I was happy to see Mitsuru (maxwell326) as session bassist this time, because I saw him perform with CRYSTAL LAKE only 1 time at Hatsudai Wall in Tokyo on 2018, January 6th. He was supposed to play with CRYSTAL LAKE for the Chimera Game in Odaiba on 2018, May 13th, but the show was finally cancelled because of the rain ; so the last time, I only saw him under an umbrella with Shinya walking in the festival~😅 So I was really happy to see you again, congrats for your good job!👏 I hope to see you again soon~🙂

As I thought, CRYSTAL LAKE’s Setlist changed a little bit tonight ; It had been a while since they hadn’t played « Ups and Downs » and « Rollin ». Ryo asked the audience with « UP, UP, UP », waiting for the answer « DOWN, DOWN, DOWN ». The beginning of the song made me goosebumps this time again~💜 And I felt it for the second time when they started « Rollin », when I saw AG coming to the stage for featuring with Ryo! Omg, I was soooo happy to see them screaming out both together on stage!🤩 Ryo and AG climbed the barrier of the first row, AG on the right of the stage, and Ryo’s on the left of the stage just in front on me, going closer to the audience. I just got the view I was waiting for by coming here, in Sapporo. Thank you so much again guys, I love you all!!❤️

Here the songs I remember from the Setlist : Ups and Downs, Rollin, Open Water, Apollo, Machina, Alpha and Omega, Six Feet Under, Matrix, The Fire Inside...

During the show, CRYSTAL LAKE made a small break ; Ryo and YD were looking at each other, wondering who’s gonna speak first. YD took the floor finally. In his warm and sincere MC, YD said that they use to be on Tour with NOISEMAKER since many years, and that CRYSTAL LAKE, NOISEMAKER, SURVIVE SAID THE PROPHET and SHADOWS also share the same vision about music. They are the New Generation, and they can all see the same scenery, asking the audience to keep supporting all of them in the future. Because yes, they are all making history. I personally don’t like SHADOWS and SSTP’s music, so it’s difficult for me to agree with those words concerning everyone ; But of course I understand this feeling because I can feel the same energy and determination into CRYSTAL LAKE and NOISEMAKER’s performances.

CRYSTAL LAKE's show was over, and I felt so relieved and happy to have been part to this Special Tour. An other dream came true today again.💜 But at the same time, I was overwhelmed by sadness during the show, thinking about CRYSTAL LAKE who's going to Europe very soon... Even if I feel blessed to be able to see them as often as I want now in Japan, it will be always so painful for me to know that I couldn't realize my dream to see them in France, in my native country, with all my friends. But I chose to be here and to change my life thanks to them and for them. So I will always supporting them no matter what. Wherever you are, my heart will be always by your side guys.

I was now waiting for the members outside under the rain before to go back to my hotel. I was happy to meet YD who came to thank me before to leave the venue. Then, I went back to my hotel watching YD and CRYSTAL LAKE's Live Instagram ; Thank you so much guys, you just make my night too!😆

Since the first day I arrived in Japan, I always said « One day, I want to flight to Sapporo for Crystal Lake with a Special Guest!! », But I could never have imagined that my first flight was going to be unforgettable. I just lived one of my most memorable days. I believe in the power of music, and that's the reason I came from the other side of the earth, for being standing right now in front of you. Because I only live for days like those.
